Machine Application
The MAB-205 high speed disc stack centrifuge is designed for purification or clarification of fuel oils, engine oils, lubricating oils, and various mineral oils used on board marine installations and in industrial applications.

Separator Design
The MAB-205 is driven by a horizontal drive-shaft, friction clutch, worm wheel gear and vertical drive shaft. This is all housed within the separator frame, the worm wheel gear is situated in an oil bath to ensure smooth running. The brake is situated on the top part of the frame; braking directly onto the bowl.

Separators re-conditioned according to this mandatory system.

We replace the following parts with New / Unused parts, such as... 

1. Bowl Spindle
2. Worm Wheel Shaft
3. Worm & Worm wheel
4. Bearing Housing
5. Bottom Bush
6. All Seal Rings, Gaskets, Springs, Bearings.

Machine is painted as per OEM norms with Epoxy paint,and all bowl parts except for stainless steel parts are Tin plated. 

Complimentary accessories along with separators :
Motor - 440 volt, 60 Hz/380V,50HZ 3-phase,Tool Set, 3 pcs gravity discs, anti vibration damper set, set of hoses and set of manuals.

Each separator is tested for vibration at its full rpm.

Prices are for the re-con units with complimentary accessories.

1. 3 phase separation (liq-liq-solid) of feed oil like lubricating oils, fuel oil, biodiesel, distillate oil, transformer, hydraulic oils and have numerous application in various industrial process as well.380v/50hz or 440v/60hz

  Manual Clean & Automatic Self-Cleaning Liquid/Liquid/Solids Centrifugal Separators
  High-speed disk bowl centrifuges are ideal for applications such as separations involving biodiesel fuels, glycerin and biodiesel,
  wash water, magnesol, mineral oil, metalworking fluid, coolant tramp oil, and water and waste oils.

  How High-Speed Disk Bowl Centrifuges Work-
  High-speed disk bowl centrifuges come in manual clean and automatic clean models. In these machines, the fluid is continuously pumped to a high-speed disc bowl separating centrifuge where subjected to high g-forces (up to 7,500 x gravity). The fluid typically separates into a heavy phase (water) and a light phase (oil). The 2 liquid phases exit the centrifuge through separate liquid discharge connections.
  
  
• Any residual solids are separated and removed manually from manual clean units or discharged automatically with an automatic self-cleaning style unit.
